If you are part of a development or architectural firm, we’d be happy to schedule a consultation to align on scope, timelines, and materials.

Billing & Refund Policy

We offer tiered project scopes, each with transparent pricing and milestone-based billing.

Refunds are possible under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before design work begins: 90% refund

  • Cancellation after concept presentation: 50% refund

  • No refunds are available after final design approval and material sourcing

All cancellations must be made in writing within 3 business days of each project stage. Custom or sourced items are non-refundable once ordered.
